MOSCOW, Nov 20 (PRIME) -- The associations of Russian software developers Domestic Soft and the Electronics Developers and Manufacturers Association have asked President Vladimir Putin not to delay transfer of critical infrastructure facilities to mainly local software and hardware, according to the unions’ letter seen by PRIME on Friday.

The Digital Development Ministry published a draft decree to delay the transfer of such facilitates to mainly local software till 2024 and hardware till 2025 from 2021 and 2022, for public discussion in early November.
